Notes need to be attentioned in the operation of the diesel engine plate compacter:
1. Check the engine oil level to the required position before starting. Use No. 93 unleaded gasoline and add it when the engine is stopped.
2. Before work, check whether the links of each screw are loose, and if so, tighten them in time.
3. When working, the plate vibration rammer clutch transmits power, and the throttle should be added to the maximum position to avoid medium speed operation.
4. When starting the engine, first open the oil circuit switch and the electric channel magnetic switch, close the choke when it is cold started, pull the handle (gently pull to feel the resistance) and pull it hard and quickly, then open the choke after starting, and operate it at idle speed for 3-5 minutes; increase the throttle to operate the clutch quickly, and the flat plate vibration rammer starts to vibrate.
5. Grasp the direction of the handrail, move the steering handle to complete the work when the plate vibration rammer moves forward and backward.
6. Shutdown: turn off the electromagnetic switch and oil circuit switch after the engine idles for 3-5 minutes.
