Liquid rotary vibrating screen
Description
Liquid vibrating screen Separate solids from liquids or segregate dry materials into various sizes. Particles as fine as 400 mesh (37 microns) can be screened. No special flooring or foundation is needed and less working floor space is required. Simple and efficient design requires less horsepower.
Functional Principle
Liquid vibrating screen is a vertical-motor system, with eccentric hammers being installed on top and bottom of the machine, where the motor acts as the vibratory source.The direction of the eccentric hammers may change its rotational mode either in horizontal, vertical and inclined movement onto the sieving screener surface. The trajectories of the materials on the sieving machine can be change by adjusting the phase angle on both top and bottom parts.

Application
It is mainly used for the impurities removal, sizes grading and liquid filtration of raw materials in ceramics, food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. The dust cover design, both easy to observe and prevent material from splashing.
Screening: divide solid particles into different size of particle groups. It can also continually and accurately sort them into more than one level with multi-screen.
Screening out the impurities: remove the lower percentage content of large particles or small particles in high volume processing.
