Introduction

The car bottom loading furnace is a national standard energy-saving periodic operation furnace with a super energy-saving structure. Composite fiber insulation, ultra-light and high-strength microbead vacuum ball energy-saving brick are adopted, and the exclusive production of up-inclined 20 anti-dropping bricks, furnace mouth anti-workpiece impact brick, automatic sealing trolley connected with furnace door and integrated track can be used on horizontal ground without foundation installation. It is mainly used for quenching, annealing and aging treatment of high chromium and high manganese steel castings, gray cast iron castings, nodular cast iron castings, rolls, steel balls, crusher hammers, wear-resistant lining plates and heat treatment of various mechanical parts.

The car bottom loading furnace is designed for periodic operation with the highest working temperature of 300℃, which is specially used for aging heat treatment in the machinery industry.

Product Features

The car bottom loading furnace is composed of a furnace shell, furnace lining, trolley, trolley traveling mechanism, heating element and furnace door, etc. The temperature of the bottom loading furnace is controlled by a special control cabinet and instrument indication. The bottom loading furnace lining adopts an all-fiber structure, so it has the characteristics of small empty furnace loss, fast temperature rise, and low surface temperature, and has a better energy-saving effect.

The bottom-mounted furnace body is formed by welding section steel and steel plates. Sand sealing devices on both sides of the furnace body and bench workshop can effectively prevent heat loss in the furnace. The whole fiber structure is adopted between the rear end of the trolley and the furnace body, which is sealed with refractory fiber felt to reduce radiation and convection loss of the electric furnace.
