This steel tube bundling equipment is used in steel tube production line and packing steel tube with the speed suitable for the whole production line, online packing.

Steel tube pipe was sent through rail path to packing area;

The connection mechanism part fetch steel tube pipe and turn it to chain wheel and each steel pipe tube go through, get the tube number counted;

Each row has how many steel tubes are programmed in advance according to the bundle shape and pipe pieces each bundle. When the number reaches to one row number, a pusher bar push the tubes to fork arm and the fork send one row to bundle-frame. The bundle frame can lift up and down to reduce the drop of tube row into bundle-frame.

Machine work above movements according to program to complete one bundle.

The bundle get moved out and send to strapping area.
