1. What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 20pcs for each design and color. However, if these products are in stock, there is no minimum order quantity. We hope you can place large orders after receiving the samples.
2. Can I get samples?
A: Sure, our products are paid sample charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity.
3. How long is the sample delivery time?
A: when the sample is in stock, it takes 2-3 days. When the sample is out of stock, it takes 10-15days. If you want your own designs, it takes 10-15 days. Anyway, we will respond fast for your request.
4. How long is the production delivery time?
A: It takes 15-25 days for MOQ. We need to ensure that all products are of high quality.
5. Do you accept customized order?
A: Yes, We provide products of customized printing and size to meet your requirement. And customized color and logo will be welcome to do.
