Steel shot aluminum is a kind of deoxidizer solidified by high purity steel sand diffusing into molten Aluminum. It can extend the time of Al be in the molten steel greatly, which will make full section reaction with the molten, so as to improve the deoxidizing capacity and improve the yield rate of Al. In the process of converter，when adopts steel shot aluminum deoxidizer, can optimize the steel deoxidization process and reduce the cost.

1,From the cost comparison of adding steel shot aluminum and AIMnTi in furnace,we can find SPHC Low carbon steel cost can be saved by RMB 2.05/mt SS400BL-2 Mid carbon steel cost can be saved by RMB1.17/mt.

2,By using Steel Shot Aluninum as the deoxidizer ,there is no bad dffcetion on the molten steel,it should be promoted widely.
